Irgazine Blue is the most potent pigment around, so extend the Paint Stick with 20 or more times as much medium for a translucent color, then add a touch of white to the mix:

How DID I miss this post? Cooooool colours - now I have to try and mix them at home.... Ooooooh...that combo of irgazine blue and cad orange light. Definitely to try this weekend.
