Good Week So Far

Marci Borland arrives tomorrow to co-teach the Master Class- Encaustic Works on Paper this weekend.  That's exciting AND ...

We are having a terrific day.  Connie English has twice saved a lost young chicken in the East Bay and tomorrow this young one will be a new addition here.  She'll be coddled in the loft for a couple days then join Marius and the other fancy chickens at Silky Road, over at Green String Farm in Petaluma.  She'll get veggies grown for Chez Panisse and it doesn't get better than that, plus she will get tons of attention and perhaps even become a Service Animal, as Marius has done!  This is Marius's photo from her traveling documents.

Oh, there was also that GIANTS win!  See, a pretty tremendous day was had by all!
